Beautifully plated service for all the guests, choose up to two flavors of tea with unlimited refills during your stay, assortment of 6 tea sandwiches 3 flavors two of each flavor of choice, surrounding a delicious gourmet organic salad, fresh baked scone and fine patisserie dessert, these all-inclusive packages also include a party favor for each guest and consists of a laser cut box that includes 2 tea sachets to brew up-to 4 cups at home.

Children's Princess Birthday Party All-inclusive
$35 plus tax & gratuity
Perfect for all little princess of 6-10 years of age. Choice of hot cocoa or lemonade, assortment of 4 tea sandwiches, 2 flavors, two of each flavor of choice, surrounding organic fruit salad, fresh baked scone and fine patisserie dessert.
Party favor for each guest, consists of a fine china tea cup filled with age appropriate goodies.

Children's Painting Birthday Party All-inclusive
$45 per person.
Fun painting party for children of 8-14 years of age. All supplies included to create an amazing painting of their choice (must choose subject prior to class)
light tea room lunch is included for each guest buffet style. Choice of hot tea or lemonade, assortment of tea sandwiches, organic fruit salad, and fine patisserie mini dessert.
Party favor for each guest gets to take home their masterpiece.
How to schedule with us.
Booking day & time: A deposit of $100 is required at time of booking for any parties of 10 or more people or specialized events regardless of the number of guests. Deposit will lock in your date and time for the party, and space for the amount of people reserving for.
Full payment is expected 7-10 days prior to the party. Full payment will include all fees, current 9.25% tax, plus a 20% gratuity.
Final Payment: A final payment and headcount of attendees must be given to us no later than 7-10 days prior to the party. This is the number of people for which we will be basing the food preparations, also is the number of attendees for which you will be charged on the final bill.
Cancellations: Deposit holds your date and time, as it prevents us from booking any other potential events during the time of your reservation therefore deposits of any amount are non-refundable.
Once you have canceled your event, we as an establishment are free to accept any reservations from then on of your cancel date that is noted on our calendar. no exceptions.
Any damages done to any items or furnishings will require a charge of full retail price.
All parties will be charged on one (1) check only, there won't be individual charges for parties of 8 people or more.
Deposits must be by credit card only.
